"This thank you is long overdue. If I had to describe our reception in one word, I would have to describe it as PERFECT! From day one, you were quick to respond to our messages and were always on top of the details that made our event what we wanted it to be. Every detail was handled as it should have been for the reception and I didn't have to worry about anything.

The room was gorgeous and elegant. I found your pricing to be extremely fair for what you offer. Everyone raved about the food and were very pleased with the turkey most of all. The passed appetizers are a very classy touch and I like that it is part of your family style package. I don't think any other place offered something like this or the choice of soup with their family style packages. Being the bride, I was excited about everything, so I didn't get to eat as much of the food as I would have wanted so I hope I can attend an event there in the future as a guest. The wait staff that night was amazing. I've been to receptions where I've had to hunt down a staff member for something and that night you could clearly see they were always on the floor circulating making sure everything was top notch.

I have to comment on two specific things that impressed me the most. I had a guest that was late to the reception for whatever reason and he missed dinner. As I was making my rounds to the tables, I noticed he had a plate with a little bit of everything. I was happy to see that he was able to enjoy the food even though he didn't make it on time. The other instance, was when my Matron of Honor accidentally wrapped up the charm she pulled from our cake in a napkin. Of course, it looked like trash and was taken away. She found a staff member to see if it was in her tray that she was putting dirty dishes in and she couldn't find it. We thought "Oh well, it's so tiny, it's a lost cause." Before we left for the night, the staff member gave her the charm. She eventually found it and cleaned it. I was really happy that it was found and impressed that someone kept looking for it as the night went on.

You know a lot of people will ask brides would they change anything from their wedding or done something differently and for me I wouldn't change anything about my reception. I would do it exactly the same. Thank you for making our reception wonderful. I know you had a list of the vendors I used and I would like to share that I would gladly work with all of them again, except our florist. I know sometimes brides will ask for advice on who to go to, so I thought I would let you know who I would work with again. I wish you and your staff the best of luck and Happy Holidays!"

We love how the salads are made & really loved the bread. The spread at the chocolate fountain was great... We devoured the rice crispy treats. Everything was presented so professionally and the service was exceptional. We're sorry we made such a mess... we'll be better organized next time!

Hopefully more studios will call you. The absolute only downfall is the floor. I think you said you were having it re-done. Main thing is to not put polyurethane on it...that makes it so stiff. We dancers need it to move a little more. I know I will use you again next year in any case because everything else was so good. And, I have danced on worse floors. But anything you can do to improve the floor will be an advantage for you and us. We so appreciate your kindness and cooperativeness and I look forward to working with you again. I'll be in touch.
